After the merge of Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes the newly formed housing group invited us to tender to pitch a new rename and rebrand, The group prides itself on putting tenants at the heart of what they do and making them part of their journey in providing better housing services, homes and communities.

Doing the right thing

I renamed the group to Hesta Homes. Hestia is the Greek goddess of family and homes. The name refers to the household, house, or family therefore clear relations with housing. An easy to read and say word not limited to those who understand or read Greek. Greek mythology use storytelling to create stories for its gods and goddesses. I explored this and created an illustrative style to tell the story of doing the right things.
